*Horse Agent*.....This service has two aspects and both are charge as or percentage of the purchase/sale price. The first is for people who are looking to purchase a horse and need assistance. We find out what kind of horse you want or need and your price range. From there, we search listings and make contacts to find a horse (or) pony that meets your criteria. We screen potential horses, evaluate suitable ones together, and help negotiate purchase price and terms. To the best of our ability, we try to make sure the horse is what you are looking for and is a good match. This may take a few weeks, months or more. Why? We don't try reccomend the purchase to make our fee. We take our time and give you the customer service you deserve. We don't knowingly try to sell you a horse that we know is lame, diseased, has poor training or bad habits. .......The second part is for people selling their horse. Selling your horse takes time and effort. The best way to sell your horse is to keep him clean, in shape, exercised and looking his best. We will take the horse on consignment and present him to potential buyers. You can also send him here and we can continue to show or train him to increase his purchase price.
*Riding Instructor Apprentice Program*.....This is available to those individuals that are interested in eventually becoming a riding instructor. Time is spent taking lessons, watching and assisting with lessons. Certified Horsemanship Association Instructos and clinicians are available to disuss options and put together a plan tailored to you. Usually there is no fee except lessons.
*Training Services*.....Every horse needs training, schooling or conditioning in some way. As part of our trainer and instructor team, we are pleased to offer the expertise of Gaye Avellino, an accomplished horsewoman for over 35 years. She has extensive work training and working with thoroughbreds, arabians, and many other breeds. She has trained with international competitors, trainers, riders and champions from the Spanish Riding School, French Calvary, U.S Equestrian Team in show jumping and eventing, carriage driving, and a National Danish dressage trainer. She successfully works with horses that many other trainers dismiss as too difficult. She has tremdous patienece and works well at giving horses the confidence and guidance they need. *Pony Birthday Party*.....A great way to celebrate your child's birthday. Taylor the party to fit your needs with different options for food, themes, length and activities. 20% non-refundable deposit required.
*Equestrian & Business Program Evaluation*.....This is for equestrian related bussiness and programs that already exist or are planning to start. Consultation and assistance is provided in many different areas including, but not limited to program safety, instructor teaching skill evaluation and training, program development and marketing, and obtaining facility certifications.
*Horse Show & Clinic Planning & Management*.....We have experience organizing local and national horse shows, both unrecognized and recognized (by associated governing body) and clinics including fun and games, dressage, combined training events and tests, hunter/jumper and carriage driving events. Services available to anyone interested in getting a show or clinic together whether it is managing a small portion or doing the entire event from start to finish.
*Horse Show Judging & CHA Clinician*.....by Christine Burbank- Certified Horsemanship Association Clinician available to certify riding instructors at CHA clinics. Experienced judge for dressage, fun and hunter/jumper shows also.
